With 30 years of extensive experience in financial management and business operations, Tammie Cummins leads Cummins Financial Services, Inc. as its Owner and CEO. Over the course of her career, she has excelled in key roles such as office manager, recruiter, accounts payable specialist, bookkeeper, and tax preparer. This diverse background has given her a deep understanding of finance and operations, which she leverages to propel her company’s growth and success.

Tammie’s professional journey is shaped by her dedication to excellence and her passion for financial services. Her personal life is equally fulfilling; she has been married to her husband for over 30 years, and together they are proud parents of two daughters and grandparents to six.

In addition, Tammie and her husband Richard own Cummins Sugar Sand Ranch, a family-operated venture in Deltona, Florida. The ranch is home to chickens, ducks, and a Sulcata tortoise, showcasing the Cummins family's commitment to sustainable farming and community values. More than a business, the ranch is a cherished family legacy, reflecting their strong work ethic and love for both their craft and family.

Nicole Dickens (Lead Bookkeeper & Senior Financial Analyst) is an experienced finance professional specializing in bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, with proven analytical skills honed across the nonprofit, private, and public sectors. Known for meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of fiscal laws, she expertly manages comprehensive financial processes, from journal entries and reconciliations to financial statement analysis and projections. With a strong foundation in GAAP and advanced bookkeeping, she has contributed to process improvements, team leadership, and relationship development, enhancing organizational efficiency and accuracy. In her recent role as an Accounts Payable Specialist in the healthcare field, Nicole oversaw full-cycle AP operations, vendor relationship management, and successfully implemented new vendor portals and system integrations. 

Her technical proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Online, NetSuite (Oracle), and the MS Office Suite underpins her success in managing revenue recognition, forecasting, and cost analysis with precision and integrity. Through her commitment to streamlined processes and compliance, she has earned a reputation for delivering timely, reliable financial insights, and for building strong partnerships with vendors and internal teams alike.

 Nicole is a devoted wife and mother of 4. She currently lives abroad in Ecuador with her husband of 17 years and her 10 year old daughter. She currently homeschools her daughter, they enjoy eating out, shopping at local markets and traveling.
