Tammie Cummins, Founder & CEO
With three decades of comprehensive experience in financial management and business operations, Tammie Cummins serves as the Founder and CEO of Cummins Financial Services, Inc. Throughout her distinguished career, she has cultivated a multifaceted skill set, excelling in critical roles ranging from tax preparation and bookkeeping to recruitment and office management. This extensive operational and financial expertise enables her to drive strategic growth and operational excellence within her organization.
In addition to her corporate leadership, Tammie is deeply committed to community service. She currently serves as the Managing Director for the non-profit organization, Making Change 4 Drowning Prevention, and is preparing to launch a new non-profit, The Accounting Collective, on July 1, 2026. Her professional ethos is defined by an unwavering dedication to excellence and a profound passion for the financial services sector.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Tammie is a devoted family woman who has been married to her husband, Richard, for over 30 years. Together, they cherish their roles as parents to two daughters and grandparents to six. Their family life in Deltona, Florida, is further enriched by their love for animals, sharing their home with chickens and ducks, reflecting their strong community values and love for nature.

Nicole Dickens is a finance and operations professional with expertise in bookkeeping, medical billing, and full-cycle accounts payable and receivable across nonprofit, private, and healthcare sectors. She specializes in building efficient financial systems, strengthening internal controls, and improving revenue cycle performance through strong analytical insight and process optimization.
In her leadership role, Nicole oversees financial operations, medical billing functions, and administrative processes while supporting organizational growth through operational structure, team development, and compliance oversight. Her experience includes revenue cycle management, financial reporting, vendor relations, and implementing workflow improvements that increase accuracy, accountability, and financial visibility.
Nicole leverages multiple financial systems, reporting platforms, and operational technologies to support accurate reporting, forecasting, and cost analysis. She is known for her integrity, organizational leadership, and her ability to translate financial data into meaningful business decisions.
Nicole is a devoted wife and mother of four who previously lived abroad in Ecuador with her husband of 19 years and their youngest daughter before relocating to Palm Bay, Florida. She enjoys fitness, travel, exploring local restaurants, and supporting small businesses in her community.
